| Description: | Selamectin is an antiparasitic agent and insect repellent that activates glutamate-gated chloride channels in neurons and pharyngeal muscles to prevent filariasis, lymphatic filariasis and nematode infection. Selamectin is also an effective p-glycoprotein substrate and inhibitor with IC50 of 120 nM. |
