| Description: | Sel24-b489 is a novel pan-PIM inhibitor that induces apoptosis in DLBCL cell lines at low/submicromol concentrations and has shown activity in xenotransplantation models. It is an effective oral PIM and FLT3-ITD dual inhibitor with Kds of 2, 2 and 3 nM against PIM1, PIM2 and PIM3, respectively. |
