| Description: | Sc-236 is a COX-2 specific inhibitor with an IC50 value of 10 nM for COX-1 and a PPARγ agonist with oral activity. Sc-236 inhibits activator protein-1 (AP-1) activity by c-Jun amino terminus. Sc-236 exerts anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting ERK phosphorylation in mouse models. |
