| Description: | PAMAM-NH2 TG64 is a polymer with an ethylenediamine core that forms a highly branched dendritic structure; it is widely used in fields such as drug delivery, gene transfer and bioimaging. This structure provides a larger surface area and greater functionality, facilitating the efficient packing of DNA/RNA within the core region and promoting cell membrane destabilisation, thereby demonstrating excellent performance in gene transfection.
