| Description: | Ompenaclid (RGX-202-01) is an orally active inhibitor of SLC6A8 transport protein. Ompenaclid (RGX-202-01) strongly inhibits creatine import in vitro and in vivo, decreases intracellular phosphocreatine and ATP levels, and induces apoptosis. Ompenaclid (RGX-202-01) has been used in oncology and Duchenne muscular dystrophy studies. |
