| Description: | Nelonemdaz (Salfaprodil free base) is an NR2B-selective and uncompetitive antagonist of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA). Nelonemdaz is also a free radical scavenger. Nelonemdaz has excellent neuroprotection against NMDA- and free radical-induced cell death. |
