| Description: | Recombinant mouse IFN-γ (Murine IFN-γ) （E. coli）is an unstable interferon produced by CD4 and CD8 T lymphocytes and activated NK cells. IFN-γ receptors are present in most immune cells, and they respond to IFN-γ signaling by increasing the surface expression of class I γ proteins. ED50 < 0.15 ng/ml, measured by cytotoxicity assay using WEHI-279 cells. |
