| Description: | Ml-210 is a selective, covalent glutathione peroxidase 4 (GPX4) inhibitor with an EC50 of 30 nM. Ml-210 binds GPX4 selenocysteine residues. ML210 has anticancer activity and has shown cytotoxic effects on melanoma, lung adenocarcinoma, fibrosarcoma and pancreatic cancer cell lines. |
