| Description: | Lalistat 2 is a selective LAL inhibitor. Lalistat 2 is an inhibitor of many lipases especially Lysosomal acid lipase (LAL, IC50 = 152 nM), which is a key enzyme that degrades neutral lipids at an acidic pH in lysosomes. |
