| Description: | Helenalin acetate, a natural NF-κB inhibitor, is a potent C/EBPβ inhibitor. Helenalin acetate effectively inhibits C/EBPβ at least 10 times higher than that for NF-κB (EC50 values were determined between 0.1 and 0.4 μM for C/EBPβ). Helenalin acetate has anti-inflammatory and anticancer activities. |
