| Description: | Ginsenoside F4 (GF4), Ginsenoside, isolated from Panax notoginseng or red ginseng. Ginsenoside F4 (GF4) can inhibit human lymphocytic tumor JK cells by inducing apoptosis. Ginsenoside F4 (GF4) inhibited the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 13 (MMP 13) in IL-1β -treated chondrocytes, blocked cartilage damage in rabbit cartilage tissue culture, and prevented cartilage collagen matrix decomposition in pathological tissues. |
