| Description: | Elotuzumab is a First-in-Class monoclonal antibody directed against the SLAMF7 receptor, it specifically binds to signaling lymphocyte activating molecule family member 7 (SLAMF7) and activates the body's immune response to attack and kill multiple myeloma cells. Elotuzumab exerts its anti-myeloma effects mainly through ADCC and activation of NK cells. |
