Description: Disulfiram (Tetraethylthiuram disulfide) is a specific inhibitor of aldehyde-dehydrogenase (ALDH1). Disulfiram is used in the study of chronic alcoholism, with acute sensitivity to alcohol, and is a potent copper ion-carrier that can be used in cuproptosis studies.
