| Description: | Diphenidol hydrochloride is a potent antagonist of muscarinic M2 and M3 receptor with pKb of 6.72 and 7.02, respectively, used in the study of vomiting and vertigo. Diphenidol hydrochloride is also a potent non-specific blocker of voltage-gated ion channels (Na+, K+, and Ca2+) in neuronal cells. |
