| Description: | Crizotinib is inhibitor of the c-Met kinase and the NPM-ALK. Crizotinib inhibited cell proliferation in ALK-positive ALCL cells (IC50s=30 nM). Crizotinib is useful in treatment of anaplastic large-cell lymphoma. |
