Description: CP 55940 is a variant full agonist of the CB1 receptor that exhibits high and approximately equal affinity for central and peripheral cannabinoid receptors, with Ki's of 0.6 - 5.0 and 0.7-2.6 nM for CB1 and CB2, respectively, and EC50 values of 0.2 and 0.3 nM for CB1 and CB2, respectively.In addition, when acting on GRP55, the EC50 value is 5 nM.
