| Description: | Butyzamide is a novel, potent, orally active activator of the non-peptidic thrombopoietin receptor (Mpl) that specifically reacts with human Mpl and activates the same signaling pathways as thrombopoietin. In addition, Butyzamide can be used for the expansion of human hematopoietic stem cells. |
