| Description: | Tauroursodeoxycholate (Tauroursodeoxycholic acid; TDUCA) dihydrate is an endoplasmic reticulum stress inhibitor. Tauroursodeoxycholate significantly reduces the expression of apoptotic molecules such as caspase-3 and caspase-12. Tauroursodeoxycholate also suppresses ERK. |
