| Description: | TAPI-2 is a broad-spectrum inhibitor of matrix metalloprotease (MMP), tumour necrosis factorα-converting enzyme (TACE) and a disintegrin and metalloproteinase (ADAM), with an IC50 of 20±10 μM for MMP. |
