| Description: | HTT-D3 is a potent and orally active regulator of Huntington (HTT) splicing. HTT-D3 acts by promoting pseudo-exons containing the premature termination codon (psiExon), resulting in HTT mRNA degradation and reduced HTT levels. HTT-D3 reduces p-glycoprotein (P-gp) efflux and can be used in Huntington's disease research. |
