| Description: | Trabectedin (Ecteinascidin 743; ET-743) is a tetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid that binds to the minor groove of DNA, blocks stress-induced transcription of proteins, induces DNA backbone cleavage and apoptosis, and increases ROS production in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-453 cells. Trabectedin can be used in soft tissue sarcoma and ovarian cancer studies. |
