| Description: | Tapinarof (WBI-1001) is a Frist in class aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) agonist with EC50 of 13 nM. Tapinarof reduced skin inflammation in mice. It can effectively inhibit inflammatory cytokines, regulate skin barrier protein expression and antioxidant activity. |
