| Description: | Succinyl phosphonate trisodium salt is an inhibitor of α -ketoglutarate dehydrogenase (KGDHC) that effectively inhibits KGDHC in muscle, bacteria, brain, and human fibroblasts. Succinyl phosphonate trisodium salt inhibits 2-oxyglutarate dehydrogenase (OGDH) and damages cancer cell viability in a cell-specific, metabolically dependent manner. |
