| Description: | SRI-37240 is a potent inhibitor of premature termination codons (PTCs) that suppresses nonsense mutations in CFTR. In HEK293T cells, SRI-37240 alters the cellular translation termination of PTCs. When used in combination with G418, SRI-37240 also restores CFTR function in primary bronchial epithelial cells. |
