Description: Saralasin TFA is an octapeptide analog of Angiotensin II and a competitive angiotensin II receptor antagonist with a Ki value of 0.32 nM (74% of binding sites) and partial agonist activity. It can be used in studies related to renal vascular hypertension and renin-dependent (angiotensinogenic) hypertension.
