Recombinant Human Matrix Metalloproteinase-3 is produced by Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Tyr18-Cys477 is expressed with a 6His tag at the C-terminus.The proenzyme needs to be activated by Chymotrypsin for an activated form. |
