Product Information
Description: Recombinant Interleukin 9, also known as IL-9, is a cytokine (cell signalling molecule) belonging to the group of interleukins. The protein encoded by this gene is a cytokine produced by T-cells and specifically by CD4+ helper cells that acts as a regulator of a variety of hematopoietic cells. ED50 < 1.0 ng/ml, measured in a cell proliferation assay using MO7e cells, corresponding to a specific activity of > 1.0 × 106 units/mg.

Stability and Solubility Advice: Information concerning product stability, particularly in solution, has rarely been reported and in most cases we can only offer a general guide.
We recommend that stock solutions, once prepared, are stored aliquoted in tightly sealed vials and used within 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles. Storage conditions for some special products should refer to their storage details.
