| Description: | Recombinant Human Interleukin-17F is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Arg31-Gln163 is expressed. IL-17F can stimulate the production of several other cytokines, including IL-6, IL-8, and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor. IL-17F can regulate cartilage matrix turnover and stimulates PBMC and T-cell proliferation. The ED50 of Human IL-17F is 24.21 ng/ml. |
