| Description: | Rasburicase is a recombinant uric acid oxidase enzyme as well as a hyperuricemia inhibitor that allows uric acid to be broken down into allantoin so that it can be readily cleared by the kidneys, ameliorating elevated uric acid levels in the blood. |
