| Description: | Quizartinib hydrochloride is a FLT3 inhibitor with IC50 values of 1.1 nM for Flt3-ITD and 4.2 nM for Flt3-WT, and is 10-fold more selective for Flt3 than for KIT, PDGFRA, PDGFRB, RET, and CSF-1R. It can be used in studies related to acute myeloid leukemia (AML). |
