| Description: | PK11007 is a mild thiol alkylating agent with anticancer activity that stabilizes p53 through selective alkylation of two surface-exposed cysteines without affecting its DNA-binding activity. It also induces death of mutant p53 cancer cells by increasing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels. |
