Petosemtamab leads to EGFR signaling blockade and receptor degradation in LGR5+ cancer cells. Petosemtamab can be used in the research of solid tumors, such as head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), metastatic colorectal cancer (CRC). |
