| Description: | Pelitrexol (AG 2037) is an inhibitor of glycinamide ribonucleotide formyltransferase (GARFT), a purine biosynthetic enzyme. Pelitrexol also inhibits mTORC1 by reducing GTP-bound Rheb level, a mTORC1 obligate activator. |
