| Description: | Paclobutrazol is a triazole-containing plant growth retardant that is known to inhibit the biosynthesis of gibberellins. Paclobutrazol, transported acropetally in plants, can also suppress the synthesis of abscisic acid and induce chilling tolerance in plants. Paclobutrazol also has antifungal activities. |
