| Description: | OBI-3424 is a highly selective precursor compound that can be converted into an effective dna alkylating agent by AKR1C3(aldokeone reductase 1C3). It can be used in studies of hepatocellular carcinoma, castration-resistant prostate cancer and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). |
