| Description: | N6-Cyclohexyladenosine is a selective A1 receptor agonist (EC50 = 8.2 nM). IC50 value: 8.2 nM (EC50) Target: A1 receptor in vivo: N6-Cyclohexyladenosine exerts anticonvulsant effects and protects against neuronal death. CHA was also found to inhibit the pressor effects of lumbar sympathetic nerve stimulation in rats. |
