| Description: | Liriodenine (Spermatheridine; VLT045) is an aporphine alkaloid isolated from the plant Mitrephora sirikitiae and has anti-cancer activities. Liriodenine induces cell apoptosis, activates the intrinsic pathway by induction of caspase-3 and caspase-9. |
