| Description: | Linderalactone is an important sesquiterpene lactone isolated from Radix Linderae. Linderalactone inhibits cancer cell growth by regulating the expression of apoptosis-related proteins and inhibiting the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. Linderalactone also inhibited the proliferation of lung cancer A-549 cells with an IC50 value of 15 µM. |
