| Description: | Laniquidar (R101933) is a noncompetitive, third generation P-glycoprotein (P-gp) inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.51 μM. Laniquidar can be used for modulating multidrug resistance transporters. Laniquidar can also be used for studying acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS). Laniquidar has limited oral bioavailability. |
