| Description: | Laflunimus is an analog of the active metabolite of Leflunomide, A771726, and an orally active inhibitor of dihydroorotic acid dehydrogenase (DHODH) and prostaglandin endoperoxide synthase (PGHS). In addition, Laflunimus inhibits immunoglobulin (Ig) secretion with IC50 values of 2.5 and 2 μM for Ig M and IgG secretion, respectively. |
