| Description: | Imanixil (HOE-402 free base) is an inducer of the LDL receptor (LDLR). Imanixil (HOE-402 free base) is also a potent cholesterol-lowering compound, which inhibits very low density-lipoprotein (VLDL) production, and consequently attenuates atherosclerosis development. |
