| Description: | HU-308 is a potent, selective agonist of the cannabinoid receptor CB2, with Ki values of 22.7nM and >10 mM for CB2 and CB1, respectively. HU-308 has anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties. HU-308 reduces liver damage in a hepatic ischemia/reperfusion injury model. |
