Description: | GSK-J4 hydrochloride is a potent dual inhibitor of H3K27me3/me2-demethylases JMJD3/KDM6B and UTX/KDM6A with IC50s of 8.6 and 6.6 μM, respectively. GSK-J4 hydrochloride inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α production in human primary macrophages with an IC50 of 9 μM. GSK J4 hydrochloride is a cell permeable procompound of GSK J1, which is the first selective inhibitor of the H3K27 histone demethylase JMJD3 and UTX with IC50 of 60 nM and inactive against a panel of demethylases of the JMJ family. |
Stability and Solubility Advice: | Information concerning product stability, particularly in solution, has rarely been reported and in most cases we can only offer a general guide. We recommend that stock solutions, once prepared, are stored aliquoted in tightly sealed vials and used within 1 month. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles. Storage conditions for some special products should refer to their storage details. |
