| Description: | FTI-2153 is a potent and highly selective inhibitor of farnesyltransferase (FTase) with an IC50 of 1.4 nM. FTI-2153 effectively inhibits the processing modification of H-Ras protein with an IC50 value of 10 nM, and its inhibitory activity is more than 3000 times that of the processing of Rap1A protein. |
