| Description: | DSM265 is a long-acting inhibitor of Plasmodium falciparum dihydroorotic acid dehydrogenase (PfDHODH) with an IC50 value of 8.9 nM. In addition, DSM265 inhibits the growth of Pf3D7 with an EC50 value of 4.3 nM. |
