| Description: | Diacylglycerol Kinase Inhibitor I (R 59-022) is an inhibitor of Diacylglycerol Kinase (DGK) and 5-HT Receptor with an IC50 value of 2.8 µM for DGK and inhibits the phosphorylation of OAG to OAPA.In addition, Diacylglycerol Kinase Inhibitor I also activates protein kinase C (PKC).
