| Description: | Crinecerfont hydrochloride is a potent, orally active, nonpeptide CRF1 receptor antagonist for use in congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) studies. In addition, Crinecerfont hydrochloride is a click chemistry. It contains an Alkyne moiety that undergoes a copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing an Azide moiety. |
