Description: Clathrodin is a marine alkaloid that can be isolated from sponges of the genus, Agelas. Clathrodin is a modulator of voltage-gated sodium (NaV) channels. Clathrodin is a sodium channel neurotoxin influencing sodium channel ionic conductance.
