| Description: | CBL0137 hydrochloride is an inhibitor of FACT, the histone molecule chaperone. FACT promotes the formation of chromatin transcription complexes. CBL0137 hydrochlorideye also activated p53 and inhibited NF-κB, with EC50 values of 0.37 and 0.47 μM, respectively. |
