| Description: | Captopril is an angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor with IC50 of 6 nM. It can be used to construct animal models of heart failure. Captopril is also a New Delhi metallo-β-lactamase-1 (NDM-1) inhibitor with an IC50 of 7.9 μM. |
